After serving a 6,000 hour internship Mr. Topping became a Licensed Private Investigator in 1975. Since then, Topping Investigations has worked on thousands of cases involving a variety of matters, from complex civil and criminal cases to simple service of process. The duty of a professional investigator is to promptly identify and interview witnesses, gather and preserve evidence, and to present his, or her, findings in a concise report.
